These are specialist companies that offer to find a property to your specifications, negotiate its sale for you and get you a mortgage.

Sound good? It costs, of course, but how much and for what level of service varies tremendously.

Ask them for references from happy customers - but bear in mind that the best recommendation, in any field of business, is word of mouth.
